You know, I recently posted about this on the BVA forums because of a question very similar from a different player. I said that the default there would be "closed" and that unless a thread was marked (Open) then it would require a PM to join in.Eric Copper wrote:Open, Closed, and unspecified. Saint Joe's has the same rule: Story and RP threads are by default "closed," unless they are specifically marked "open" or you were invited to participate.
