First Impressions: Toxic Kinetics

Palilla looked at the remaining occupants. And, decided Em should know.

"Hey, 'miga? Nissa, here is sleeping in my bed til she gets her room assignment," Pally said, rubbing the back of her neck. "She was like in a hammock out in an alleyway! I said, no way, come stay wit us. Is it okay? She's got dis bow an' arrow ting goin' on! She rocks, chica! I swear it."

I dont meen to be a both but i just couldnt stay in the tent out in talos anymore and Pally sugested i stay with her, but if thats not exseptable...i understand

Pally looked between the two. Inside she wished Nissa had waited to see what Em said before making her case. But, it was still Em's ball, so she just had to wait and see.

Em suppressed a sigh. Not even looking over at the elven girl, she looked straight at her roommate. "Pally, we got four people in the quad now, another one makes it way too crowded. You know the kind of stuff I got brewin' in there..."

A nurse chose that moment to barge into the room to check Em's vitals once again. She noticed the pair of girls, and quickly moved to shoo them out.

"Visiting hours are over, dearies. You can come back and visit your little friend tomorrow." Behind the nurse's back, Em met Pally's gaze, and rolled her eyes. What did she thing they were? Seven?

A few minutes later, Em was alone again. She stared up at the ceiling, willing the time to go faster. It wasn't long before she drifted off into a restless sleep.

Palilla walked back to the school, her hands clasped behind her. She hoped Em would find everything she had brought for her, where Paula left it. Elsewise there were going to be some hurt people if it wasn't returned. Looking to Nissa, she thought about Em's words. Her friend was right. They needed a new sollution.

"Okay... So, what, now? We gotta get joo into a dorm, right?"
