Saint Joseph School

Annie was thinking the best way to answer, having re-re-readjusted her translator. Apparently that last fight with the Freakshow had caused some data-engram corruption and cross-contamination with T3h R0xx0R. Maybe those replacement parts weren't such a bad idea....

Then, all of a sudden, the Quad door burst open.

"YIPPEE!!"

Annie didn't know what to do! Someone was breaking into her room, into the room of her friends! Instinct, and the societal response subroutines in the translator inmmediatly kicked in.

"AAaaaaAAAiiiIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!! GetoutgetoutgetoutgetoutgetoutgetOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

This outburst was quickly followed by a hurricane of pillows and stuffed animals from the couch, all hurled with the super strength of a panicked teenaged alien girl.

Maybe Annie trying out for the softball team wasn't such a bad idea after all...

Stepping carefully over an odd pile of pillows and stuffed animals in the hallway Francis leaned into the quad door cautiously?

"Everyone ok in here?" She glanced from side to side. "Hey Annie, I got the thing."

She holds up a pale blue plastic bubble pack containing an odd looking mechanical part....with a few scorch marks on the label.

*mumbles from under a bunch of pillows outside the door* Ok...Im leaving....ow.....

As D was just walking by at random as he usealy dose he noticed Katana on the floor covered in Pillows and various Plushys and walked over and helped him up

"You got schooled by a bunch of stuffed animals and Pillows? Hahaha Owned"

then just as quickly as he showed up she walked away waveing to the girls in Q1 as he ran down the hall not knowing how much more Ammo ((Pillows)) they had left

Hearing all the commotion in the hallway , Kali walks over towards the pile of pillows and stuffed animals . Krazy is headed down the hall behind Detective when Kali looks down...
"Oh MyGawd I been looking all over for You ! How did You get here?" she exclaims gleefully as she grabs a large overstuffed turtle that looks like its been wallered around quite a bit.
Hugging the turtle she heads back to her room smiling.

Blowing a stray strand of her pinkish-blonde hair out of her face, Annie's face changes from that of combat reflexes in action back to happy innocence.

"You found one? On Earth!? Oh, thankyouthankyou Francis! I think, like, there's this guy down at Vanguard that'll be able to fit this into my headband! Oh, I hope I don't void the warrantee on this thing!

Would you like snacks?"

"Heh," Franky smiled. "Sure....umm....what are they?"

Her expression belies a slight apprehension but otherwise she seems relaxed and calm.

"Anymore mallets?"

"No! That's too much work for snacks to keep in the quad! I totally made sure to have all Earth snacks, and I have Soda too!"

Sitting back down on her favorite chair, Annie begins munching on a shrimp again.

"We were just talking about a bunch of stuff. How was your dinner with Miz?"

Chuckling "Oh it was fine." She smiled.

"We only got jumped once and Miz lost his jacket to a bunch of Rikti but you know, all in all...a good lunch. Gotta love Paragon, the food is ok, the reception is mediochre but the floor show is spectacular."

Francis idly wiped some soot from her skirt and motioned half-heartedly toward the pile of pillows and stuffed animals now laying in the hall.

"What was that all about?"

"Some crazy guy," Kris shook her head. "Not sure what the heck he was on."

"Yeah, Just another day at Saint Joe's"

Annie went and closed the door, hoping for some more privacy with her friends before it was time for bed......


Night of the Saint Joeseph's Sadie Hawkins Dance...

The girl's residential building was pretty much empty, only a few had found themselves unable to go to the dance for one reason or another. One of the girls that had stayed behind was Annie, who was currently surrounded by stacks of DVD cases in the common room. "16 Candles", "Breakfast Club", "Ferris Bueller's Day Off", "Real Genius", and more all just piled around the place.

Sitting on the couch, Annie was once again in her red pajamas, a bowl of popcorn in her lap, and a sleeping Hloogle buried underneath a blanket next to her. The alien girl sat, her eyes watching the screen as the human actors played out their parts...

"Everything is different, but the same... things are more moderner than before... bigger, and yet smaller... it's computers... San-Dimas-High-School-football-RULES!"

Kris walked into the Dormitory, and stopped at the quad belonging to Annie and her roommates. Looking at the polished "1" on the door, she raised her hand and knocked, unaware that her make-up was smeared from having made out with Tony. Still, she couldn't get the stupid grin off of her face. She was pretty, and other people thought so, too!

Knocking again, Kris looked to make sure she had the right stuff available. She had another round of sushi, red cream soda, chocolate syrup, saltine crackers, sardines, mustard, and a multi-pack of mini-candybars. Shrugging, she thought maybe Annie might like it. She knew Annie would at least enjoy the octopuss and squid sushi she had picked up at the Hungry Dragon. All she had to do was mention Annie's name and the old chinese woman knew what to get.
