[Mana Cannon]

Walking alone in the hills of Preze Park, Mana Cannon stoops to bend down and with care belieing his size he gentaly scoops a small red flower up. "Ah this is just what I need!" Standing up he places the flower in a clear glass tube and screws on a lid "Some fresh air and some new flowers" Placing the tube into a shoulder pack he begins walking again.

"I need this time to sit and think over the past serval days" He mutters in a low volume "Things will get better and I will become stronger and make them right" He says in a firm tone. Bending down looks at a flower growing from under a rather large boulder.

From on high a small figure flies down slowly revealing herself to be Elle Kirra. "Oh Hello. I saw someone walking and was coming to warn them the Circle of Thorns wander here." She lands next to Mana and he stands up.

"Oh hello. You are I believe Lady Kirra?" He makes a small bow to show her respect "I am Mana. Pleased to meet you"

She looks a bit taken aback by the fact that where a face should be there is only a flat plate "Oh my...your a..a"

"I believe the word your looking for is *Android* Milady" something about his tone leads her to believe h knew she was going to say "Robot" but doesnt correct him.

"Yes. I dont believe we have met." She in turn bows and says " I am Lady Elle Kirra but please Elle is fine."

Mana looks down at the plant and begins to brace himself. Grabing a hand hold he begins to shove the rock out of the way having no luck at all.

"Um...If I may ask what are you trying to do?" Elle looks on at the metalic being in front of her with an odd look.

Mana stops and stands up "I am a herbologist. I study and collect plants." He looks at her then says "There is one I wish to preserve growing under this rock"

"Why not pull it out?" She begins reaching for it.

"NO!" Mana jumps between her and plant. "dont pull it out it could be damaged that way and die!"

Elle pulls back instantly "How then can it be removed?"

Turning he pats the rock "by moving this. Though I might need someones help I dont think the two of us can move such a large rock."

While Mana begins to think on the actual weight Elle walks over clutches the rock with one hand and lifts it free.

Started Mana falls to the ground shaking and studders "W-w-wow...."
Setting the rock a few feet away as if it were nothing more then a balloon Elle returns to see Mana still on the ground. "Is something wrong? Why have you not taken the plant yet? Did I damage it?" Her voice sounds midly fearful.

Mana collects himself and stands up and looks over the flower before pulling it up and putting in another glass tube. "No its..um perfectly safe actually...." He stares at her "Wow I did not think a lady such as yourself was quite so....powerful"

She looks down at her feet and replies "Its a family traite"
Taking the body lanuage hint Mana changes topics "Would you care to see the other flowers I have collected?"

//Is that the one?//

//M-hm.//

//The one in the full-on body armor?//

//Yes.//

They traded off the field glasses between them. They spoke in silent telepathic communication, wary of Mana Cannon's heightened robotic senses.

//I can't read him, for the life of me, Nix. Is he all metal in there? No organic parts? No soft squishy flesh-brain?//

//I am given to understand he is all machine.//

Drix reached out and gave her an impression of his mirth. //You don't want me for this job. You want Sarah Connor. Sheesh. Look at him move. That's the trouble with humanity. Always making bigger and better ways to kill themselves off. This thing is a total Terminator.//

"I don't want him dead, Drix. Not yet. I just want to figure him out. Is he a person, or is he not a person?"

//I can't tell you that. I'm sorry. All I can do with him is convince that fragile-looking girl with the boulder in her arms to pummel the tar out of him. Or bounce him up and down until he breaks. But no brain, no telepathy. You want a hardware person for that. I'm strictly wet. Do you want me to bounce him?//

"No. Not yet. Maybe soon, but not today."

[Voritex]

Voritex liked Perez Park. Not because of the plants or animals, not even because of maze like forest that people seemed to enjoy wandering through, but rather, for the Hydra.

No one cared that he let loose on the Hydra. No lawyers screaming unreasonable force, no strange looks from other Heroes when he did something unheroic, and certainly, most of all, no small pang of guilt from his own mind when he went past "the line". It was relaxing, and truthfully, a small part of him enjoyed pushing the limits of what would be considered "Normal hero work".

And so, as he punched in his security code and lazily flew over to the lake, he kept a watchful eye out for trouble. After ripping a few Hydra into squishee little peices, and trying vainly to get the protoplasmic stains out of his cape, he saundering off into the overgrowth, and promptly bumped into Mana, knocking the both of them to the ground.

"Ow! Look where you're going to great tin...Oh. Hey Mana." Voritex mumbled, levitating him and his friend back into a standing postion before brushing the dust off of both of them.

"How you been? and who, may I ask, is your lady friend?" a hint of a laugh plays on the edge of his voice, hard to detect, but never the less, there for those who look for it.

[Mana Cannon]

Bowing to Elle he says "This is Lady Kirra."
Also bowing Elle replies 'You may call me Elle though"
"Pleased to meet you my names...."<beep><beep><beep>*looking donw on his belt a small pager goes off "Shoot! my names Voritex and I have to run! Nice to meet you" he calls as he lifts off from the ground and flies away.
"He seemed....Nice" Elle noted
"He can be a bit overbearing but he means well" Mana responds turning back to Elle
"Now erm...How about I buy us...you something to drink while I finish explaining the difference with lillies and tulips?" bowing again he contenues "Unless this is boring you?" he says in a playful tone
