A very Roxy Christmas

Cricket unwraped the gift slowly...It was a framed picture of Roxy and a owl plushie. Cricket smiled at the picture in it's cute little frame and wondered how Roxy knew her love of Owls... "thanks! I love it!" she said..then lookedat the rectangle in Roxy's hand..." I did say I'd find something to help with..you know....go ahead..open it"
"Well um... I can explain it to you later if you want..." Roxy replied shyly, "Its um... kinda part of my power... But we can talk about that later over supper."
Roxy opened her gifts excitedly starting with the cylinder one. Tossing the wrapping paper aside, she slowly pulled out a soft object in tissue paper. Pulling the tissue paper away, Roxy smiled happily as she was greeted by a playful little stuff cricket plushie. "Oh he's so cute! Now Mr. Wiggles has another friend!"
Roxy placed the plushie beside her penguin plushie, and moved onto the rectangular present. "Something to help me? Um... Okay..."
Slowly removing the ribbon and the wrapping paper, Roxy looked like a deer in the headlights at the book, she slowly began to read the title and then immediately blushed deeply as she saw the small three letter word at the end. "Um... Well..."
Cricket for a moment looked like she was disappointed, that she had made a bad choice but Roxy gave a small smile.
"And... this book will help me um... understand why its not um... dirty or wrong?" Roxy said trying to focus on the topic.
Cricket gave a smile, "It will help you make your own choices, instead those that were made for you. Its an unbiased view, so it'll leave everything for you to decide, okay?"
"Oh..." Roxy looked at the book and smiled, "Thank you Cricket these gifts are the best!
Roxy placed the book down beside her and gave Cricket a big hug, "Um... Lets go for food now then before places close! We can talk more there!"
