Okay, I want to put out a poll here. For the purposes of Cadet Vanguard Corps we'd obviously need some sort of uniform. Basically, I have three ideas in mind. Because there are only 5 uniform slots, I'd hate to be taking all of them up with a bunch of extra stuff that no one wants. So... Look at the options, give me a vote.
Military Dress could be made pretty easily. We have formal military options in the costume areas, and all that would be required are tweaking the colors to Vanguard Standard.
Combat/Patrol could be alittle trickier. Obviously everyone won't be SL 35, so something would have to be designed accessible from SL 1 that could easily accomodate the adding of Vanguard uniform pieces as they're earned past SL 35 (Specifically thinking of having SL 35+ Toons with Vanguard pieces as the "Officers" While under are Enlisted, but that's up for debate.)

Yes, from what I can tell.Gabriel Templar wrote:I **love** playing with the character designer, I can make a costume design proposal, all I need are the vanguard colors, purple and silver right?
However, would the Junior Vanguard Corps have the same color scheme?
Personally, I think the Vanguard pieces look spiffy in SJS blue and white, but hey...

Yes, I do believe it would be Vanguard standard colors. As it's supposed to represent a youth organization of Vanguard itself, it should reflect them, in image as well as ideals.
I can fiddle with the costumes and take pictures, if you want, I already have the colors down pat from my own Vanguard uniform, identical to the Bosses, I swear!

Why not black and tan? Preferred choice of Fascism for almost a century now! Everyone loves a classic!
