Because he's gone, and because I liked him so much, I am turning Biff Hannigan into an NPC. An honor? Hmm. Don't know yet.
Biff Hannigan is a junior at SJS. He's big and strong and pretty much a bully. He knows he's nearly invulnerable to harm, which probably helps. But he's the sort of bully that gets milkshakes spilled on him in the cafeteria, too. He's that mean kid from the movies that when someone drops an egg out the window by accident, you know it's going to hit him and he's going to get mad.
Oh, and Mimi has a "bad boy" crush on him, but would never ever say anything. And he knows it, and so he takes her lunch money and stuff.
Does anyone else remember any good details about Biff?

Biff is currently dating a cheerleader named Maureen Boyle, a green eyed, raven haired Irish Catholic girl. They are dating partly because they care about each other, and partly because they look really good together. She is not an unpleasant person but is certainly a healthy amount of stuck up. I have a feeling that she was once one of the cheer squad bigwigs, until Franky and Jazz took over. She still cheers, but on some level she is probably quietly plotting regime change.
