yeah I really hope Freedom gets it. It should. All my time there I talked with tons of PvPers and its alot busier then Infinty. I wont leave the SJS no matter what happens though! *clings to his locker*

Hahaha many thanks! *tips a metaphorical hat to Blitzen*Blitzen wrote:Voted. Infinity is slightly ahead right now. Hopefully the honor (or honour, for Mighty E) goes to Freedom.
+1 vote for Freedom: Freedom's currently up by 3. I hoep that Freedom wins, but either way I don't think that it would have a significant effect on any of the servers, or the RPing or PvPing on any server either. Maybe I'm naive in saying that, but I don't think that it's going to be a big deal. But... voted for Freedom anyways, since it's better to be safe than sorry. As a side note, I hope that the devs never make any server PvP-only or anything-else-only for that matter. I think part of what makes CoX great is the diversity. You can play a character PvE and have fun, soloing or with a team, and then seamlessly transition into a PvP zone with that same character and have a blast. Designating a server as specfically for one type of playing would be a mistake in my opinion. (I've never played WoW so please forgive me if I'm interpreting this wrong)

Stick to your guns, Flyers. Let everyone know where we stand.
If this vote is tallied and result in a ruling, one way or the other, I think it would be a dramatic and undeniable gesture if every member of SJS were to assemble, in uniform, under Atlas to let Infinity, and everyone else, know where we stand.
We have numbers on our side. We will not be ignored. We will not be denied.

A few things worth pointing out, perhaps, as I reflect.
First of all, this poll is for when and if server transfers come out. If they're being true to what they're saying, none of this will make an ounce of difference unless we eventually see server transfers. There's absolutely nothing indiciating that we'll see those soon.
Secondly, as some people in the PvP community are pointing out, it's highly unlikely that they'll actually move to a server with an established PvP community, even if that's what the poll says. Too many people will refuse. Who's going to want to transfer over here and lose their awesome SG base and stuff, and then compete against people who've had years to become uber? PvP is all about being competitive. Nobody's going to want to leave stuff behind unless they know everyone else will too, because it would give the people already on Infinity an unfair competitive advantage.
I don't think we need to worry much about the storm.
But, don't let that stop you from voting for Freedom.

Given thought to that last portion on them moving to a server with established PvP, then that pretty much makes our votes on Freedom null as they have quite the PvP crowd there. If the PvP people want to make a server their "turf" They will have to pick on of the lower pop servers then. And as I'm sure we all know, Freedom, Virtue, and Infinity are not the lower pop servers.
