Code of Conduct Addendum: Upperclassmen and Student Council
In addition to the Code Of Conduct, members who have been granted Upperclassman or Student Council rank will agree to abide by the following addendum.

Participation and Mentoring
I understand that the supergroup depends on the participation of Upperclassmen and the Student Council. Both on the forums and in-game, I understand that I will be called upon to join into discussions and help players below my rank.

Apart from the activity requirements outlined by the Code Of Conduct, I understand that it is the responsibility of my rank to check the forums regularly and to freely give my input or honest opinion on various issues. This is especially important on contentious threads or posts where new policy or planning of events is concerned. I will always do my best to make sure I contribute on the forums.

Occasionally, my own playtime may need to be a secondary concern to the growth and health of the supergroup. While this is not my full-time responsibility, I understand that I cannot ignore this aspect of my rank. I agree to make myself available to conduct interviews, answer questions, or give general assistance to newer members whenever I reasonably can.

Confidentiality
One of the privileges of my rank is that I will have access to information not available to the SG at-large. Typically, this information will be advanced drafts of new policy or sensitive discussions about specific storylines, players, or problems. Regardless what type of information is shared with me, I understand that it is my responsibility to keep this information confidential. I agree to restrict any discussion of sensitive information only to others at my rank or above.

Responsibility
Because my rank carries privileges, it is my own burden to use those privileges responsibly, and I will not use my position in a fashion abusive to any player. There may be times when I am asked to administer disciplinary action against other members of the community, up to and including their expulsion from the group. While tempers may flare, I understand that my conduct will reflect upon the reputation of Saint Joseph School. When I am called upon to participate in disciplinary actions involving other members, I agree to act professionally to the best of my ability.
