From the front page of our website at superhighschool.com:
Welcome to St. Joe’s! Saint Joseph School is the only catholic school for young heroes in Paragon City. Founded originally in 1912 by the Order of Cupertino, St. Joe’s has been offering a unique educational option to superpowered youth for over seventy-five years!

Disclaimer: Saint Joseph School is not a real school. It is a fictional organization on the Infinity server for the game City Of Heroes. It is a catholic school for in-character roleplaying purposes only. The creation of Saint Joseph School , and our portrayal of students attending Saint Joseph School , is not meant to offend anyone: we neither support nor denounce any religion or system of beliefs.
St. Joseph's has no authority over intolerant or abusive people in the City of Heroes game. While tolerance for the diversity of others is something we require of our membership, we ask that you ignore anybody who harrasses you in game unless it is to the point where you must place a formal complaint to the developers using the /petition option.

In other words, do not be a jerk back. The supergroup THEME is founded on a catholic school for superpowered youth but it is not required that our players or their characters BE catholic.

As to whether this person in Atlas was or was not discriminating against the catholic religion - I'm not sure, I wasn't there. There is however an abundance of trolls in that zone so it wouldn't surprise me. We would ask that you refrain from replying to them - it only makes them happy to have somebody to argue with and arguments about religion reflect badly on everyone involved.
