Kalie walked out of her dorm room with a very long stream of paper she had taped together and walked slowly to the bulletin board and stuck it to the board and walked away.

The paper read. "Presumed Dead and or Missing" There where three or four names highlighted in red and there was a red highlighter on a string attached to it.

Kat stared at the list for long time, rubbing her eyes occasionally. She tried to commit as many of names of the missing as she could. Maybe she would hear something and be able to cross some names off that list. She pulled the cap off her red gel pen and shakily wrote at the bottom of the list....

Kat walks up to the board again, scanning down it with puffy eyes. She takes the black pen out of her pocket and writes in next to the names:

[Storm Scream]

Jessica walks out of her room, visibly shaken. Her cell phone falls from her hand, hitting the ground with a noise that seems to echo forever. She stumbles down the hall, tears welling in her eyes. Of all the things that could happen, the worst (well, for her at any rate) had happened...

Her dad was missing yet again. His apartment building in Galaxy obliterated.

Now, it seemed, only a miracle COULD bring him back.

She notices the list on the wall. She breathes deep, scans the list once, twice, three times. Not finding what she is looking for, she pulls out a pen, and writes a name, feeling like she is carving a tombstone:

Very quietly, Toby finally forces himself to add a name to the list.

James walks up to the list, a little bit hesitantly, with his school uniform and a piece of paper, He places the uniform, neatly folded, on the floor in front of the list with the paper on top. The paper reads:

Dear Friends,

My time here was short, very short. I had a very fun time here, while it lasted, probably the best I've had in the last few years....

Jess, I love you, and I'll miss you. Ark, treat Jess well... I'll haunt you if you don't. Sam, thank you for being there when I first came here, I wouldn't have lasted so long without you. Jai, man, I your accent made me laugh inside, every time I heard you talk. To everyone else, thanks for making this school a nice place.

((My internet shuts off for two weeks, It's very intimidating for me to log in and see most everything my guy had going for him, ripped away. I was very hesitant to log on today for that reason. I just can't continue this character.))

Toby walks up to the list and crosses off Simon's name. Next to it, he writes, "Found".

Arkady shivers, again approaching the list. This time though, his look is far from relief. Eyeing the small girl at his side, he hugs his sister against his side, hand in her hair. His free hand carefully tacks a name onto the list with red pen.
